The heart of the system
The liner,
and nothing but the drink.
Inside every ECOFASS keg, a single-use food-grade liner completely isolates the wine from air and from the container. Two materials depending on your storage duration, delivered as a disposable set with the tap suited to your market.
The principle
A disposable liner, a perfect conservation.
The drink is sealed inside a flexible liner that retracts as service proceeds: no air intake, no oxidation, no cleaning. The material is chosen according to the intended storage duration, then the liner + tap set according to your market's dispensers.
Oxygen barrier
The liner isolates the drink from air: the opened wine stays fresh for weeks at the counter.
Single use
The liner is replaced at every cycle. Zero washing, zero chemical product, flawless hygiene.
Ready-to-fit set
Each liner is delivered with its tap — type A or S — ready to connect to your dispenser.
Two materials
Plastic or aluminium, depending on your storage.
We offer two types of disposable liners. The difference lies in the barrier — and therefore in how long the drink stays protected before service.
Standard storage
The versatile flexible liner, ideal for regular rotation. It slides into the keg and retracts without leaving residual air.
- ✓Effective barrier against oxygen
- ✓Flexible, retracts cleanly during service
- ✓The best cost / rotation ratio
Long conservation
The reinforced-barrier liner, built to go the distance. Designed for long stock and the drinks most sensitive to oxidation.
- ✓High-protection aluminium barrier
- ✓Ideal for export and long lead times
- ✓Compatible with all capacities
In motion
The ECOFASS liner, in demonstration.
The principle filmed: fitting the liner into the keg, filling and behaviour throughout service. A picture is worth more than a data sheet.
- ✓Fitting and connecting the liner
- ✓Retraction with no air intake during service
- ✓Removal at end of life for sorting
