The professional range
The right keg
for every counter.
Three models depending on your market, three capacities, two liner types and three filling systems. We help you put together the exact solution for your volume, your tap and your turnover rate.
In brief
One single principle, adapted to your trade.
Every ECOFASS keg holds a single-use food-grade liner: the wine or beverage never comes into contact with air or with the container. You serve by the glass, with no oxidation, no cleaning — from the neighborhood bar to the production site.
Practicality
Single-use liner, zero cleaning. Ready to connect in a few minutes.
Compatibility
Tap heads suited to French, European and American taps.
Turnover
Once opened, wine keeps for weeks: you serve at the counter's real pace.
Logistics
Light, stackable and sturdy. It stores upright and moves with one hand.
Suitable filling
Manual, semi-automatic or automatic depending on your production volume.
Multi-market
A range designed to export: FR, EU and US, with the right standard everywhere.
Step 1 — The model
Choosing your keg based on your market.
The difference between the three models comes down to the tap head — the connection between the keg and the tap. The type is chosen based on the taps in use in your market.
Type A
The standard for French taps. The default choice for bars, wine merchants and CHR venues in France.
Type S
The most widespread coupler in Europe. Ideal for export and venues fitted to the European standard.
Type D
The North American standard. For distributing in the United States and in markets that use the D coupler.
The tap head, in plain terms: it is the coupler that connects the keg to your tap. The wrong type means no connection possible. If you are unsure about your fleet of taps, our team identifies the right model with you.
Step 2 — The capacity
Choosing the right capacity.
Three standard formats, and specific formats on request. The right volume depends on your turnover, your logistics and handling at the counter — we help you find the right balance.
- ✓Under 25 kg full — can be handled by one person
- ✓Ideal size for bars and CHR venues
- ✓Best amortization of the liner + keg cost
- ✓Good turnover rate, wine always fresh
- ✓More glasses per keg — fewer connections
- ✓Suited to high-traffic counters
- ✓Good capacity / handling compromise
- ✓Maximum capacity between two changes
- ✓Designed for events and high throughput
- ✓Optimal output at high volumes
20 L format · the bars' choice Our recommendation
The 20-liter,
the most cost-effective format.
This is the format we recommend as a priority for CHR. It combines the best balance between capacity, logistics and cost-effectiveness — with no compromise on handling.
Step 3 — Filling
The right filling system.
Three filling machines, one same logic: the higher your production, the more you automate. We equip everyone from small producers to industrial sites.
Using the tipper for filling
To make filling the Ecofass keg easier, it is recommended to use the tipper designed for this purpose. This equipment allows the keg to be positioned in a stable and secure way, making the opening easier to access and ensuring clean, controlled filling.
Using the filling head for filling
To ensure clean, precise and secure filling of the Ecofass keg, it is recommended to use the suitable filling head. This accessory guides the product directly into the keg's inner liner, while limiting splashing, product loss and unnecessary handling.
Removing the liner from the Ecofass keg
Once the Ecofass keg has been emptied, the inner liner can be removed simply, making sorting and waste management easier. This system allows the flexible liner to be separated from the outer container, contributing to cleaner, more practical and more responsible use.
